A group of villagers have come together to form a small volunteer group, to help improve the visual appearance of the green spaces on the Curlender, or the correct name of "Hale Park Estate". For the past 2 to 3 months with permission and help from HBC, volunteers have been working hard on numerous tasks, including edging the grass over hanging the curbing, planting new shrubs, improving the appearance of some of the garages and sowing grass seed.
