Thursday 5th May, saw two tractions engines from Lymm, call into the Childe of Hale Pub for a rest-bite and to top up with water, around 4:00pm. The two engines - Vanguard and Navigator, where on their way to the Steam On The Dock event at the Albert Dock - Liverpool between the 6th and 8th of May. They had set out earlier on in the day from Lymm, around 8:00am. #steamandtractionengineshalevillage
