Due to last weeks concrete lintel falling from a lorry/wagon on the main road - It is understood - from a villagers past experience, that should anyone witness such or other dangerous materials falling from passing vehicles, they should report the incident to Cheshire Police on 101. Making a note of the time/date, vehicle registration and if possible a recording/photograph... Also loads that aren't covered properly - with materials hanging out, should be noted.
