Vehicle Theft Trend Landrovers & ST's

Further to a recent trend in Landrover (mainly Defender/Discovery) vehicles being stolen across certain parts of our area we now want to include ST models of Ford Focus and Fiesta's - with a blue Fiesta ST having been stolen in the last 30 - 40 minutes from the area of Earle Road in Widnes - ( reg. MK64 Y** ). Please take extra precautions in looking after all vehicles and make it doubly hard for anyone wishing to steal these vehicles. Consideration should be given to fitting tracking units, changing number plate screws and/or number plates to anti-tamper types. Be aware of any potential CCTV when parking. Please make friends or relatives aware of this trend.
