V.E. Day Remembrance Service

On Friday the 8th May, at 2:45pm, a short V.E. Day Remembrance Service was held, at Hale War Memorial, which included prayers, Hyms and a 2 minutes silence at 3:00pm.
The service was conducted by the Rev Janice Collier, and was attended by several war veterans, children from Hale C of E School, British Legion and many villagers who braved the pouring rain.
