Preparations For A New Village Hall Are Now Underway

Work is now under way at the village hall preparing it for demolition..
Contractors have been on site during the start of July, preparing for the knock-down of the current building. The contents have now been removed along with the out-side paving - pathway being taken up.
The site will be closed off completely to public access while the works are in progress.
It is expected to take around 6 or 9 months to knock down the old building and rebuild a new village hall.
Hale Parish Council was awarded £500.000 by the National Lottery, in late 2015, to rebuild the village hall.
