Flytipping Blights Carr Lane Once Again

Carr Lane is once again blighted by another act of flytipping.
Around 20 or more bin bags containing what appears to be compost, have been dumped out of a moving van/vehicle along a stretch of the lane, from the Brook, up towards Burnt Mill Farm.
Local residents - on social media, have been calling for action for several years, such as camera's to catch the culprits.
