The Hale Harvest Is Well Underway

Both farms in the village are now well into their harvest.
Bill Webb at Manor Farm - and Dave Harrison at Home farm, have been busy for the last two weeks harvesting wheat, corn and Linseed Rape Oil in their fields around the village.
We manged to catch up with Dave Harrisons - Home Farm workers, harvesting wheat in the field at the top of Church Road, on the left.
A the same time - the field was also being prepared for the next crop.
