Spring Colour For Floral Planters At Ivy Farm Court

The floral planters that are situated infront of the shops, have been planted out with Wall Flowers and Spring Bulbs, by village volunteers Mal Sutton and Steve Blundell, to give the area some Spring Colour.
The planters were obtained a number of years ago by the Friends of Hale Park - through Halton Borough Council, to provide a new outlook on adding floral displays and planters to the village. Due to the cut backs HBC have been facing in many of their departments including Open Spaces,,, it was decided in 2016 to continue with the planters by the Parish Council - and volunteers.
