Congratulations to Mr Bill Sergeant of the Hale Branch of the RBL, on receiving his M.B.E in recognition of his work.
Bill has raised thousands of pounds for many charities and good causes and raised awareness of the forgotten heroes in two world wars. He has also done so much for various communities and organisations, that people in Hale particularly.
