Hale Village Branch Surgery Closure Consultation Now Taking Place
July 6, 2018
Upton Rocks practice has requested to close their Hale Village branch, which is 3.5 miles from the main practice. The Hale Village branch site is open on Wednesday 13.00-14.30 and Friday 12.30-14.00. There are 313 patients registered with Upton Rocks that live in Hale. The GP proposed the closure due to staffing, finance and safety issues associated with GPs and staff working on their own. In addition the GP is concerned that the facility is not very accessible for patients with a disability
