
Hale Parish Council - Guildswomen Awards
Sarah Heron and Karen Wharton were made Guildswomen of the village, on Monday evening, at the Parish Council Guildswomen presentation. A special presentation was made, to Pat Price, in recognition of her many years as a councillor - and Vice-Chair, of Hale Parish Council! Rebranded Hair Salon & Refit
The Hair Salon in the village, at Ivy Farm Court, is now under new ownership and has been refurbished and rebranded. Previously Know as Event Hair & Beauty, it is now under a new name, of, Gingers Hair & Beauty!

V.E. Day Afternoon Tea In The Village Hall.
On Sunday the 10th of May at the village hall, a V.E Afternoon Tea was held, to commemorate the 70th year of Victory in Europe.

V.E. Day Remembrance Service
On Friday the 8th May, at 2:45pm, a short V.E. Day Remembrance Service was held, at Hale War Memorial, which included prayers, Hyms and a 2 minutes silence at 3:00pm. The service was conducted by the Rev Janice Collier, and was attended by several war veterans, children from Hale C of E School, British Legion and many villagers who braved the pouring rain.
