Halton Borough Council have now updated the signage at Hale Park, to include a new Bylaw/Dog Control Order - that was introduced several months ago. Like all of HBC Parks, dogs must now be kept on their leads at Hale Park, or owners will face an £80 fine. An exception is at the dog exercise area located in the top left-hand area of the park where owners can let their dogs run freely in the exercise area...
